Q. I want to have a website built, how do I get started?

A. Before starting a project of this nature, it is important to have an idea of what the purpose of the website will be. Some examples include advertising a business, sharing information with others, or selling products. The purpose of your website will help determine what features need to be included, what layout will work the best.

Once you have determined the purpose of the website, it is important to determine the content that should be included. Text, graphics and multimedia will need to be selected or created to populate your site. The graphics, text, and other media will need to be provided to the web designer.

Additional information will be collected during your first consultation and through our web design planning workbook.

 

Q. How much does it cost to have a website designed?

A. Since each project is unique we can not provide a specific answer to this question. We will however provide estimates for each project before we start designing your website.

Q. Can I update the content on my website?

A. If you desire to have your website updated we do offer website maintenance plans which allow you to change the content of your website within the guidelines of the maintenance plan purchased. Any updates completed without a maintenance plan will be billed at an hourly rate. Updates do not include site layout modifications and are restricted to changes in page content.
